5-Hour Pre-Licensing Course

The 5-Hour Pre-Licensing Course is a mandatory program required by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYS DMV) for all new drivers who are preparing to take their road test. At All Care Driving School, this course is taught by experienced, DMV-certified instructors who are committed to helping new drivers build a strong foundation for safe, responsible driving.
