Driving School Services, Classes & Lesson Packages

All Care Driving School provides driver education services and related administrative services. Services may include (where offered):

In-car driving lessons
Lesson packages (bundles) and individual lessons
Road test preparation
Road test scheduling assistance (subject to availability and applicable requirements)
Pre-licensing or other required instruction (if offered)
Issuance or assistance with DMV-required certificates (as applicable)

Service details, package inclusions, pricing, and availability may vary and may be updated from time to time. The Company may require certain documentation (for example, permit information) before providing services.

Scheduling, Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Scheduling is subject to instructor availability, weather, safety considerations, vehicle availability, and operational constraints.

The Company may reschedule lessons due to safety concerns, instructor illness, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Missed lessons, late arrivals, or cancellations without proper notice may result in the lesson being counted as used or forfeited, consistent with the package terms provided at booking.
For road tests or time-sensitive appointments, rescheduling may be subject to third-party availability (including DMV availability where applicable).

Payments, Refunds & Package Terms

Fees are disclosed prior to booking or enrollment.

Package terms (lesson count, duration, expiration if any, and rescheduling rules) will be provided at the time of purchase/booking.
Refunds (if any) are handled according to the written package terms and applicable law.

Student Conduct & Safety

Students must follow instructor directions at all times and behave respectfully. Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.

SMS Messaging

If You provide Your phone number, You may receive SMS messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, account or scheduling information, service updates, and marketing messages, consistent with the consent language displayed at the point of collection.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP”. Upon sending “STOP,” we may confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or contact us directly.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
