All Care Driving School provides driver education, training, and related administrative services in accordance with New York State laws and Department of Motor Vehicles requirements. Services may include classroom instruction, in-car lessons, road test scheduling, and issuance of DMV-required certificates where applicable.

Students must meet all eligibility requirements set forth by New York State law, including age, permit status, and documentation requirements. It is the responsibility of the student or parent/guardian to ensure all information provided is accurate and current.

3. Registration and Payments

Enrollment is not considered complete until the required forms, documentation, and payment are received.

All fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing by All Care Driving School.

Missed lessons, late arrivals, or cancellations without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson at the school’s discretion.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Lesson scheduling is subject to instructor availability, weather conditions, vehicle availability, and regulatory constraints.

All Care Driving School reserves the right to reschedule lessons or road tests due to safety concerns, instructor illness, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructor directions at all times. Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

6. Use of Website

Our website is provided for informational and administrative purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.
